Carlo Goldoni was born on 25 February 1707, he was a very important Italian playwright. His first house was built on 1600.  The Goldoni’s family lived there until 1719. On 1914 Aldo Ravà bought the palace. On 1931 the house was donated to the City of Venice. Today it’s a museum and a lot of people visit this place every year. It’s easy to go to the museum, from Piazzale Roma you can take the waterbus or walk for about 15 minute, following the signs to Rialto. Visit Carlo Goldoni’s house because it’s very beautiful, important and famous.
